"The initial impression was great. The scheduler took down our issue and we were notified of the techs arrival 30 minutes prior as expected. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess.
