"If I could give more stars I would. I called for service on my washer in the morning and a service technician was at my home for the repair by the afternoon. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess.
